Okay, first I want to make it clear, that YES, we do what to know what can be improved, and what can be fixed, not only within the guild, but also the alliance.
As with the Praise board, you may log out to leave anonymous messages here.
Please also keep in mind, that while many complaints upset us, posting a detailed reason behind why something upsets you, rather than just an angry post, is far more likely to get results, and in a much more timely manner.
There are a few more rules for this board though.
1. Keep the language clean. If you can't get your point across without cussing out the whole world, we can't help you. Vulgar language also is not a problem, and thus not needed.
2. The purpose of this board is not to vent frustrations. It's to fix actual problems. If you have a complaint, then include a possible solution as well. (if you honestly can't think of a way to fix the problem, then post your complaint as a question asking others to help come up with solutions)
3. Remember that we CANNOT fix EVERYTHING and we also CANNOT, nor will we try to, Please EVERYONE. The guild and alliance is just to large. Our goals are to try and make things as fun as we can for everyone, while remaining fair to everyone. That's hard to balance. We do what we can, and ask for understanding when we can't make everyone happy.
4. If your complaint is about something involving the game itself, a bug, or unfair system, or something in game that is just plain annoying, then after you are done posting it here, copy the message and send it to EA games as well. They cannot fix problems they do not know about, any more than we can.
5. Understand that just because you have a complaint, and would like to see something changed, that it may not be the best course of action for the guild or alliance. All complains and solutions will be read, discussed, and voted on. Results of voting will then be posted as a reply to the complaint.
