This is a list, level by level of the creatures that will be found in the primeval lich spawn. And also suggested strategy on how best to complete this spawn.
Gore fiends/Vampire bats
Flesh golems/Dark wisps
Undead gargoyles/Wights
Skeletal drakes/Dream wraiths
Champion: Primeval Lich
Tips and Tricks: from the viewpoint of a swords dexer
First level: Relatively strait forward, but keep your eyes on the altar, and keep the ankh toward the west side clear as a resurrection station.
Second level: Keep a piece of blackrock on your person for this level as it will knock out the surrounding aura shield of the dark wisps. Also, flesh golems will make you bleed, so be mindful of that.
Third level: Undead gargoyles have an amazing casting speed, and powerful spells to back that up, be careful if you get caught in a group of them. Wights are a bit easier in my opinion, they seem to do less damage than their counterparts.
Fourth level: Skeletal drakes are a menace, they hit hard with both ranged and melee attacks, keep your distance and never take on 1 on 1, always fight as a group on this level. Dream wraiths cast fast and hard, be sure to have backup and escape plans in place.
Primeval Lich: Three dexers cross healing with mage support can take him down in roughly no time at all, make sure to watch each others bars.
At third level of this spawn a stage with a person appears to the north east, watch for the message, click the axe and possibly receive a deco item.
