You have to have two bracelets, both linked to each other, for them to work. Two people must also be wearing bracelets linked to each other, for them to work.
Once that is done, either person simply clicks on the bracelet, and it will take directly to where the other bracelet is!
It could very well be useful to start carrying a few around in case people get lost during a hunt.
Now, the important part.
You charge the bracelets with powder of translocation, just like bags of sending and pet balls.
The difference is: Bracelets of binding DO NOT have a cap on how much powder you can put on them! Be sure to only take how much powder out of the stack that you want to put on the one bracelet FIRST. Else you will lose the whole stack!

I forgot that part about the 'no cap' on the amount of powder that the bracelets can absorb. Thanks for the reminder. Luckily you do not have that problem when you powder your pet balls.
